This is the best sprint store I have ever visited. The girls working there were eager to help me, and didn’t make me feel like I was a problem like most sprints I have visited. All 3 helped me with everything I needed! Ericka, Heather and Yisel! With needing a new phone, to helping me find the perfect phone for my monthly price range to helping me pick out the best case I needed. They didn’t push me to get the most expensive things. They were so friendly, we talked and laughed the whole time I was there. They even tried to help me set up my Fitbit with my phone because I didn’t know what I was doing. These girls love their jobs and love being able to help. I won’t ever go to another location! If I could give more then 5 stars I wold!

This is the only store I’ve dealt with for the past 3-4 years! I did unfortunately go to the one on Rivers this past Saturday, only because a customer service rep told me they were having a promotion where they waive the $30 activation/upgrade fee and that was the only store I could get that promotion at (which come to find out was not true)! Long story short the store on Rivers is AWFUL, I ended up walking out of there and came straight to this location to see John and once again was the BEST experience as always! He and Heather went above and beyond and I left happy once again! Thank you

Steve, the reason I am able to send this text is because one of your wonderful, knowledgable employees Troy who is at your store on St. James Avenue  in Goose Creek SC He helped me get my phone operational again. He and his manager John were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would like to send this word of thanks and praise to you for recognizing talent within your company. I have been a loyal Sprint customer for many years and will continue to be with you in the future.

I choose this hidden gem location in Goose Creek to avoid the traffic and hustle-bustle of Rivers Avenue. Heather, Jerry and John went over and above to make my upgrade a success. I even came out with an accessory bundle and saved money! I'm very grateful and appreciative😉
