Love Sprint, but can NEVER GET THIS LOCATION ON THE PHONE! In the past two days I have called 6 times each time the phone RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS for 5 minutes at a time. How ridiculous that this is a phone store and they can't even answer their own phone! I am attempting to purchase a new phone, half tempted to take my business to another location because they sure do not deserve it!!!

Without a doubt the best experience of all local cell carriers.  Professional, responsive and knowledgeable.  Any questions (there were many) were answered honesty and completely. Could not have been better.  Very highly recommended.

The staff (new and old) have been extremely helpful in all my visits. I don't regret the switch at all! Coverage is good and the prices are great!

I went in to the Bethlehem store and everyone was extremely helpful.  I got all my questions answered and the staff was amazing and caring. I am so glad I switched to Sprint- the service and prices are great! I would recommending this store to everyone! Thanks Nextstar!
