You can pay your Bill there, It is a corporate store,  The Staff there are very Helpful, its Handicapped accessible,  and it can be seen easily  from the road,  There are no Public Bathrooms , Other than that  it's  an Excellent choice for  your Sprint  cell phone needs ,There is no Repair  Tech  at this store

Nothing but good things to say about the people that work here, all very helpful, Especially Nick. He went above and beyond to help with an issue that west ridgewoods 3rd party sprint location had messed up on our brand new 3 day old account. While on his day off he was even being very helpful with the situation. He deserves a raise for sure.

Sent me to other Sprint store in RIDGE Park Square.
This store needs to know that they are sending you to a store that doesn't know what customer service is all about. 
They are not qualified to work for Sprint. .
Poor customers service.

Waited forever to talk with someone then because I had been there so long they got the girl to install my Zagg glass but if she had admitted she hadn't placed this one before & wished they hadn't had her try to do it. Thing is I was just fine waiting for the guy who was knowledgeable. Now my NEW glass is on crooked & lifting already. Their excuses were "Well we don't carry this & it's not their product." It's a Zagg & you do sell Zagg for protecting their phones. Yes, Zagg will replace this but if it would have been put on by the experienced guy maybe it would have been good enough!!!
