They need to add a negative star to be able to properly review this joke of a store. I had an issue with my phone, and the guy who "helped" me, who turned out to actually be the manger, was rude, and condescending, and to top it off, the idiot didn't even know what he was doing. All he was supposed to do was activate my sim card, he couldn't even manage to do that properly, the sim car stopped working 5 minutes after I left this store. I decided to go to the Sprint store in Poughkeepsie, and they were very helpful. STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT STORE IN WAPPINGERS, THE MANAGER IS, IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, A MORON, HE'S NASTY, AND HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE'S DOING. GO TO ANOTHER SPRINT STORE AVIOD THIS ONE.

Deserves 0 stars but unfortunately I needed to give it one in order to write a review. Purchased the iPhone X about two weeks ago. At the time of purchase I asked the sales person if they had tempered glass screen protectors. Sales representative advise that I NOT get the tempered glass screen protector and buy the LiquidNano protector since it is "scratch resistant". Sales rep went into a brief chemistry lesson on why it was better than the glass screen protector. Two weeks later I noticed multiple scratches on my screen. Of course, there was nothing that could be done and directed me to the LiquidNano company. 

Trusting the sales reps was my biggest mistake. Especially someone who is NOT knowledgeable on the product clearly. Also, they were unable to back up my phone. Promised they would contact me once they were able too. Two weeks in and I still have yet to hear from someone. Waste of money, time, and not great business. Very disappointed.
