Excellent customer service! We rented a half bass for my son for the school year. Very happy that we stayed local instead of going wt a company that was at the school districts presentation. All far away and expensive. Couldn't guarantee anything and not as nice/helpful. Everyone that we've interacted with at Alto has been great! Quality instrument!

had a problem with a guitar I purchased there and manager Dave (forgot his last name) took care of it right away and no charge. Impressive store, outstanding selection of musical instruments. Great staff! I would recommend anyone looking for a musical instrument to go to Alto Music. It's worth the trip!

Bought a Zoom F8 from Rob in the Wappingers store last year. Turned it on this morning and the LCD had died. Called Zoom and they agreed to swap it out (known bug with the F8) through Alto if they were willing to do so. Called Rob, he called Zoom and Alto had me back up and running in an hour. These guys rock. No reason to buy anywhere else. If you think Amazon or some other online purchase (other than Alto) is beneficial, think again! This is what brick an mortar is all about.

I just bought a high end pa system from Alto Music in Wappingers Falls, N.Y.. I have to say that it was an awesome experience!! They asked me what I was going to be using it for and where I'd be playing and how many channels I needed. They made a recommendation for a Bose pa system with the B2 bass. It is amazing! I had spoke to the manager Dave Rueter and he hooked me up with his technician that hooked me up with everything I needed. Every person I dealt with at Alto was very friendly and helpful. I can tell they all love their jobs and love dealing with people. Kudos to the owners of Alto for their fine staff! Highly recommend looking no further than Alto for all your musical equipment and lessons.

Alto Music is Awesome ! They have awesome Synthesizers ! I got an acoustic guitar here and it's awesome ! Prices are very good ! Even if the item is used, they still work perfectly ! In fact, I'm planning to get my next Synthesizer from here! I definitely recommend Alto Music !
