Outstanding Experience! being new to town I stopped at this location to switch my provider and I was helped almost immediately. This store has a great selection of accessories and always offers to order items whenever needed. Very friendly staff!

Not great customer service!!! Employees are snotty and down right condescending. I accompanied my disabled mother in law to this location when she was looking for help with her new phone because she had just switched over to sprint earlier that day from Verizon. The girl working that night 12/14/17 was beyond just snotty. The man working that night made her feel like she was an inconvenience. We will never come back to this location solely for fear of having to deal with either of these employees again. Plus the store had an overpower smell of cleaning chemicals. You could tell they had already completed any nightly cleaning at 5 pm when we were there. We almost had to leave immediately since my mother in laws disability is breathing related. I feel so bad for her since this was her first in person experience with sprint after switching over the phone. She wishes she stayed with Verizon and its just sad these uncaring employees are even employed with the company. I how their nasty attitudes are not a reflection of this company.

Very happy to do business with this store in particular..there has not been one problem I've had that any of the employees or even the owner of the store are not happy to help me with . if they quote you a price you better believe thats what its gonna be..no suprises

Horrible customer service, rude employees, employees not trained or knowledgeable. Actually admit you can't get help through customer service line and that you must "trick" them by saying you are a new customer to get a person on the phone. Interrupts you when you are trying to talk. Hung up on me. The only way you can get help is to go into the store in person. Was I livid? YUP! And rightfully so, they need to learn how to handle that when SPRINT creates situations that make customers livid. I also handle customers who are not happy at times. It can be done. They need help and answers, provide it! Deal with it and help your customers.

Worse display of customer service EVER! I have called their DM on several occasions and will again for my last visit. It's the guys who are the worse. If you you're not a guy or a chic in a short skirt they don't even try to help, let alone smile to make you even feel welcome and wanting to be waited on.
