This will be a little winded....I went to this store due to my LG G3 either not working or having a virus on it.  I could not connect to the data or wifi...maybe an antenna problem was what I was told.  I was told that I could buy out my contract for $120(leased phone) or pay insurance of $150 to repair my phone.  Ismael Navarro was my customer representative(CR) and this guy deserves some recognition.  Not only did he understand that I was frustrated with the situation, he went WAY above and behond he his scope as CR to make things right.  He helped me find phone that fit the things I was looking for.  He assisted me with this new lease program that would reduce the cost of my monthly bill which he called directly both times I went to the store.  Assited and confirmed with the payoff from the lease program.  Transfered EVERYTHING from my old phone and validated the transfer.  Excersised reslienlence even when I did not handdle the situation as well as I should have as a frustrated consumer all while assiting his co workers(who could have done what they were doing by themselves)!  All and all I would if anyone goes to this store ask for Ismael as he understands the full concept of working for Sprint!  He also speaks multiple languages and is there to help you out.  I'm extremely happy with my new phone and accessories and glad that young man helped me out.  Hope this helps everyone.

Came here because I needed an upgrade and Lance and Wes were such a great help! They got me in and out very quick and hooked me up! Would refer the El cajon store to all my friends and family.
