I wanted to compliment the professionalism that the employees and assistant manager Malaz had when dealing with a customer who came in irate about a FREE tablet. Male Customer was extremely rude   and a bit intimidating making threats and mentioning that he like to yell mind you it was nothing but 4 women at the counter I felt really bad for them and was very impressed with their great customer service skills it would be very hard to maintain professionalism when dealing with such a rude person figured the least I could do to help was leave a positive review because just in case that customer called and made complaints about the employees that was totally wrong and inaccurate. The employees and assistant manager did everything they could to help the customer and he was just not satisfied

Always very kind of professional employees who are able to answer every question I might have as a nerd, a concern customer, or even at times the customer seeking genuine information. Usually a wait if you come around any rush hour time or throughout the day however it seems that getting in right when they open and right before they close is the smartest option!

Stay away, very shady people.  T-Mobile should investigate this store.  Needed to do a exchange to a device that is defective (just bought it 2 days ago from another T-Mobile store).  We first called them up to see if they had the item in stock.  When the person found out we weren't starting new or adding service, but doing an exchange.  He did not want to assist us.  Told us this is a 3rd party T-Mobile store.  Avoid this shop and go to a real T-Mobile store.  These types of shops don't care about you and just want to rip you off.

Thank you  to Edgar who helped me find and connect a new phone in under 15 mins. i was in a hurry and my phone had died the night before. He was polite and sent me on my way happy with a new phone even go to pick the color. Thank you again, good service should not go unnoticed.

Habib rips you off and lies to you! I was told my bill will be $140 on the 7th each month but my first bill was close to $200! I found out he added things to my bill that I did NOT want when I purposed my phones! But he added them anyways. He was on his personal phone making plans instead of listening to the customer.
