I went twice within a week to have my phone serviced. The first time I was told they needed to send the phone out to be fixed without running any tests or even taking the back off. I had to fix my plan because they would not give me a loner. I went back a few days later and had someone else look at it. He atleast checked the battery and ran some tests before telling me I needed a new phone. Both times the music was so loud I could barely hear the person I was speaking to, they have desks directly in front of the service center so I kept getting bumped into, the employees sitting behind me were complaining about their schedules and talking bad about management which I thought was very unprofessional and to top it off, the music they were playing so loudly was about sex and I had my kids with me. I will make the drive to the other store next time.

Staff is very nice and well educated with the products and services offered. If you need "technical support" with your phone. Be prepared to wait a while. I've never been in the store for less than hour. They only have 1 or 2 experts servicing the phone.

Great customer service with helpful and friendly staff.When you enter you sign in at door and they put your name on a screen in the back of the store where you can see when your turn will be coming up. When it is your turn someone calls for you and helps you with what you need.

We came in with my phone, it wasn't working at all out of the blue. We took it in store and the tech said to come back in an hour. We didn't have any problem with that, we knew it would take them a bit to get to my phone and try to figure out what was wrong with it. The tech said I need a replacement phone, it should take 1-2 days because I have warranty on it. 1-2 days later we call them up, they say the phone is not ready and it'll take about a week. We call them up again 1 week later, they say it'll take 2 weeks. At this point I'm really super annoyed. 2 weeks later my brother calls them up asking about the replacement phone, he's called 4-5 times and each time they put him on hold and hang up the phone. Finally when they do answer, they inform him that the phone's been ready. Nobody called us or emailed to let us know we could pick it up. This is the worst customer service ever. I understand a store becomes busy, but you need to cater to each and every customer. And the fact that the employees keep hanging up over and over again? That's not only rude, but highly unprofessional. If I could give a negative star I would. Excuse my language, but I am seriously pissed off. For about 3 weeks, I've been unable to take important phone calls and keep in contact with people. I'm always on the go, so having my phone with me is very important. Either the manager and employees need to step it up or someone needs to be fired. If you are getting paid to do a job, then do the one job you have please. And if you can't do it, then leave and find another job more suited to your abilities. I don't like having my time wasted. Ok, now I'm done.

I'm giving it a rate of 5 stars because of the employee that helped me when I was extremely frustrated with Asurion, the insurance company. The employees name was Parish and she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me complete my insurance claim and assisted me with analyzing my monthly bill. She set me up with a plan that was more suitable regarding usage and price. Sprint still needs to get a hold of its charges and service. But that is something I've learned not to dispute with the employees because they don't have the power to change what Sprint decides to charge on a month to month basis. Again the 5 stars is based on the service I got from Parish. I recommend her for any issues you may have. Very pleasant and I found her to be honest and realistic in regards to Sprint and it's service. Thank you Parish .
