Best Buy has to be the worst electronics store on earth. It impossible to get help and this store is no different. I counted three groups of three employees standing around talking to each other or on their phones. They all just watched as I fumbled through the laptops trying to figure out which one to buy. I think the only way to get help is to be lying on floor in a puddle of blood. I recommend going to Best Buy just to put your hands on electronics then going online to buy and most likely get a better price.

Wonderful customer service. Frankie the Verizon rep is the best. I tried to switch cell companies from Sprint to Verizon but was unable to do so at the time, which was very disappointing. Frankie, worked over an hour trying to get me the best cell phone deal possible. Another rep had to assist me with my current service to upgrade, but Frankie stood right by willing to answer all of our questions. At the end of the deal, we walked away very happy customers. I had to return a few days later to transfer my files from one phone to the next and there was Frankie assisting us again!! Very nice, very professional!! Definitely a dedicated employee...great service!!

I enjoy shopping at best buy I always find what I'm looking for like technology items and of course the top video games they also have cool discounts on items and the customer service is helpful

I have had really good experiences here, everytime i’ve Randomly went. The sales people are always nice and not pushy. They will try to help you fix devices. They give good advice. They guy, I’m sorry I did not get his name in cell phones, (a Verizon rep) was nice and very willing to help out my husband not once but twice! Very happy about the outcome here!
