Not impressed at all. We had to wait 30 minutes in the store before we were even aknowledged. The girl that was there was very rude and short the entire time. Not helpful and offered no knowledge on the phones. My phone was no longer operational so I required a replacement that night, we looked through the options ourselves and figured out what to do because she just stood behind the counter the entire time. As she was finishing with my phone she started helping another guest so we had to wait even longer. She said she had been working for Sprint over 2 years. If you're working over 2 years in a sales position (making commission nonetheless) you should treat your guests with common decency. Oh and on top of all that I have to go back to the store and bring my old phone in because she gave it back to me when she shouldn't have. Go to literally any other location.

I stopped in one night, and there was absolutely nobody there. waited for at least 15 minutes, then i looked the store number up on my phone, watch the phone ring in front of me, and nobody came.

Store is back open. Convenient location with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Not a busy location (yet) so you won't need to wait to be helped.

The previous two surveys have to have been by employees. Terrible service. More or less buy or get was how was treated.
