Was told the LG V20 was the best phone out there. Such a bold faced lie. I've had nothing but problems with this phone since ive gotten it. Was an iphone user for yesrs and  wanted yo try something different. Big mistake!! I trusted the salesperson to be up front and honest. Did not get that at all.

Have  gone  the  last  two  Saturdays  only  to  find  them  closed  contrary  to  the  hours  listed  on  this  page . I  work  the  3rd  shift  and  this  misrepresentation  makes  it  difficult .

To ask a simple question, I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes. It upsets me that the person that checks people in can't access a persons account in stand they stand at the door or behind the counter. I have been with at&t since 2005 and I have been to a bunch of different store for help or to pay on our account. The east belt line store is my least favorite, I rather drive across town to the alpine store

The store manager went above and beyond to make me happy. He got me in touch with a district manager and they took care of everything for me! Very happy in the outcome.
