employees are not so friendly or helpful. I knew more about there store than them! Only reason I give it this many is because the have good prices on plans and great tech.

I used to really like this store. Recently, we upgraded to the unlimited plan. I knew I'd have upgrade fees and a damage fee to pay so I went in knowing it wouldn't be free/the cost of the new plan. So I payed the $200-250 that they asked for in the store to cover the fees I just mentioned. Two weeks later I got a charge another $300 and our plan is $50 higher a month than what they told us it would be. They refused to refund anything. We called into customer support and they told us to just deal with it. Nobody can even tel us what we got charged for but they refuse to refund us. It's essentially fraud. It's a shame because everyone who works there is very nice and I typically don't slam people like this.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in this store 7 or 8 times in the past 6 weeks to resolve a GPS problem with my phone. Each time I have entered the store it was a 10 to 15 minute wait before anyone acknowledged me. This was not for lack of personnel behind the counter. Usually 5 or 6 people standing behind the counter. They stated that my issue could not be resolved at the store. I asked if there were other options "Monroeville" was the reply. I would suggest going to McKnight road or trying to complete everything online like I did.

I'm giving them 3 stars because the sales guy was super nice, but the waiting for service is absolutely ridiculous whether you're at the store or try to call the store.  As I'm writing this review, I've been on hold for 7 minutes waiting for a simple answer.  I should be happy that they answered the phone because this is the first time I've called where they actually answered.  I know the sales rep is finishing with the customer that he's helping in the store with the hopes that I will hang up which could take another 30 minutes......Well it has now been over 12 minutes and still no response.  I just hung up!!!!

I will never go to any other sprint store if I can avoid it. Evan is like my personal sprint representative. He must work too much because he's always there! But he is the most helpful cell phone service employee I've ever dealt with and I've cycled through most of the cell providers. He was really patient with me when I was considering switching from Verizon and I can be a real pain in the ass with a million questions. He walked me through the whole thing step by step. Thanks Evan!
