Thank you all for the reviews and the honesty is appreciated. 
I do apologize to the person who had a bad experience 6 years ago and rated us a 1, but I can assure you that any visit to this store will be a great experience. 
The Customer Center prides itself on giving 5 star experience in both sales and service.

the best service!! have been there 3 times twice in the past was horrible experience, the wait is ridiculous! this time went back to get my iphone 6 plus and Ron's the best he's very helpful, very informative, pleasant and a great sale rep all around :) the rest of the team are very nice as well! totally different experience than the last 2 times i was there with the other sale team. highly recommend, ask for Ron.

The guy is a crook, he refused to give a refund for a defective product that he sold- he was the rudest nastiest man ever! Not a Rockland County person, a real scum bag! AND its not even a real sprint store, Sprint says they have nothing to do with them. I think they just sell refurbished crap. Dont go there unless you want to get screwed......
