Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC

Worst location ever! Corporate office couldn't even get in contact with anyone in the store, missed shipment for my phone TWICE. No one is ever there to answer the phone. No store hours are posted anywhere because the online ones listed here on Google are obviously wrong since I just went at 2:10pm and the door is locked. Shady shady store. I will never be coming back here!

Terrible! I went in to see what could be done about my new phone being stuck in "brick mode". It is a common problem with LG G4's. The lady working the counter spouted off a bunch of words about upgrades, and appt's. I couldn't even tell she was talking to us. When I finally got a chance to talk, I tried to explain why I was there. She cut me off and said we don't do any kind of warranty or insurance claims. Go to the website she said. I asked is this a REAL Verizon store? She replied yes it is! Well ma'am from what the corporate office said It is in fact NOT a real Verizon store or customers would be treated with respect. I suggest you go anywhere but here. I needed a phone today! She didn't even take the time too try to help me resolve any issue. Whether or not they can do an exchange or warranty exchange is of no consequence. I was prepared to buy another phone if that's what it took to get my business back up and running! Somthing that could have easily been accomplished had she gave any kind of damn for a CUSTOMER! No second chance deserved here folks.......this store is a joke and so was the Lady working on the morning of 8/06/2016! I have filed a formal complaint with Verizon! Maybe if enough people complain they'll put in a REAL Verizon store and put these jerks outta business!

Been by the store a few times and although the weblink says open from... They are closed. Or should I say the door is locked. No signs on doors when open or closed. Tired of wasted trip to this location.

I called and spoke with Ben, the Store Manager, and find it sad that for a long time customer it would cost my elderly mom $20 to put in a SIM card and "set up" her new phone ~ transferring contacts, setting up her voicemail, mail, Facebook, etc from her old iPhone to her new iPhone. Everything is on iCloud BEN. What isn't, I can set up for her myself. He explained to me that his store is a franchise and this is what they do! Duly noted...we will never buy anything from your store. I will also call Verizon Corporate.

Purchased the LG Tone Pro Bluetooth Headset from this store December 22nd as a Christmas gift. Upon opening the headset and connecting to iphone pro the day after Christmas, we discovered that the it was not functioning properly. Called the store to speak with representative (Amy), who was very professional, informed me that switching them out should not be a problem, and she would have to get authorization from here area manager, and that she would call me back with an answer. She called me back to inform me that her area manager told her that I would not be able to return the headset even thought they were purchased in their store only 4 days prior. I called Verizon explained the situation, I was entrusted to go to store on Dawsonville highway to do exchange. I never received a call from the area manager.
