Pretty much down right disrespectful pathetic service. I was directed to the back for tech support. Where I signed in and was ignored for ten minutes by five tech reps due to a pretty lady in front of me having phone issues. How many tech reps does it take to help a pretty lady? One maybe two (tech rep and manager) but not ALL of them!! How much input is really given? Unless you are a pretty woman wearing a tight dress you're better off driving the extra twenty minutes to the Columbia branch. Which is always busy because they know how to treat their customers

Staff here are friendly and helpful. They need more help though because the wait for assistance is too long. It's a busy location and is often crowded.

Worse experience ever, gave me a loaner phone that barely works, Will not take a check for my repaired phone. Not helpful at all and I believe a rip off
