I have two experiences with manager Candace Chapman. The first was with the purchase of a phone for my son. He bought the phone with his money but because he kept his old phone in such good shape he was given store credit of  $140,WOW! The second was a service issue.  My wife's galaxy s7 edge was not charging. Candace plugged in the phone and it began to charge right away.  So, the several chargers we have are bad. Candace gave me a charger and base, mew ones at no charge?! She has treated me and my family wonderfully!  Thank you  Candace,  you are awsome!

Great service I honestly felt like I was at home. Had an 1 hour conversation with one of the sales rep and enjoyed every minute

Right now I have one bar and LTE data signal and Heather Kieth who was very professional and knew her job looked at the coverage map and my home was in the middle of a solid color of coverage on the map so there's no reason I should wait this long for my phone to scrub if there are towers surrounding my home. My overall experience was top notch the staff was eager to help and did everything they could to save me money. BYE VERIZON CAN YALL HEAR ME NOW??? GOOD CAUSE I CANT HEAR YOUR LIES ANYLONGER!!! 15 YEARS OF LOYALTY FROM MY HOUSEHOLD IN EXCHANGE FOR 15 YEARS OF BEING LIED TO AND SWINDLED!!!! This store has never disappointed me. Tonight we had Matt B. helping us. He was awesome! I have also dealt with Jorge at this store and he is great too. Matt made tonight's experience wonderful! Thanks!
