After calling ahead in the morning, I arrived at 5 pm to buy my phone as advertised and confirmed at $500 (it was on display for that price in the store for "qualiified " networks), I was told that the cost had risen to $650 in "the last few days". The person in charge of my network said that he could buy it online or in a nearby town for $500. The Brooksville rep said that was a "paperwork error." What it was was false advertising and a ripoff for those who don't know to shop elsewhere. I will drive 50 miles to pay $150 less tomorrow.
That is exactly what I did in the Clearwater Mall store the next day , quickly and easily.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
I got a replacement phone because I was getting lines on my screen. I brought in my phone to get new one and instead of transferring my files and apps over to my new phone the T Mobile guy didn't transfer anything over at all. He didn't know a damn thing about the software on the phone. If I knew he was going to just not give a damn about me the customer I would have asked to do it myself. I had to start over from scratch. I was so pissed off that I had to wait a month to leave this review. On top of that he had really bad body odor. I wonder if he ever heard of deodorant. I wouldn't go back to this store and I would change to other carrier first. Terrible customer service. If I could leave minus stars that's what they would get.
