We went in for a trade up they give us reasonable deal. The end of the month comes we are chrged double what we were told and they were charging an extra line, now the person who helped us doesnt work there so all the current employees say they cant help. On the third month of going a woman who bought her phone the same day we did was there about the samething. The douchebag manager was trying to blame for for being misled by one of his employees

Not even worth going to. They are just thieves, I took my phone and they worked on it and removed the water sticker on thee back now my insurance is voided and there telling me its my fault. Plz dont go here or get sprint. Be carefull.

if you want good CS call a Sprint operator do not go into a store, they don't care about you as a customer.
