Was with them for a little more than 2 years. Never had problems. Good customer service. They gave me no hassle when I decide to return the phone I just got.

I was helped by Autumn and she was extremely helpful. It took over an hour for me to get my plan transferred from Verizon but she was super personable and upbeat the entire time. Even though I didn't have the information necessary and had trouble accessing it she never got impatient and did everything she could to help the process. Very happy with my first experience with sprint thanks to her!

Great service was in and out the employees are friendly and when you talk to them they can Catter to many levels of technical know how have never had a bad experience here at this store

Called about my poor service and guy say Soler flares caused problems...lmao..Sprint sucks in Danville ky...go 5 miles out of town forget about it!...no service...going back to at&t asap... Also when I switched from at&t to Sprint I was suppose to have the same number...friend and Family had issues I couldn't receive or send or get calls from them...end up changing my number to a Sprint number...been her 6months wish I stayed with AT&T

I have been in this store a total 3 times this month. Waited on by 3 different people. I have been to sprint stores all across the country (including Hawaii) and i have to say this store is horrible. Every employee I encountered needs a refresh class on customer service skills. I recognized 2 of the 3 employees had been there for many years. Both of them use to be very nice and great customer service. Maybe they are Burnt out or just had a bad day. The 3rd employee needs the most training on customer skills. Also Sprint needs some sort of appearance  code for there employees. If one of my employees looked like a homeless guy I would never hear the end of it. Appearance goes a long ways in sales..
