I came in for a new phone to replace my older phone. My representative was amazing working with me. My mom passed away 5 months ago and he went above and beyond the call of service to make sure that I was able to transfer thr last texts she sent me. The service was incredible and he made sure I got the best deal possible!

The store rep was very helpful.  I had a couple technical issues with my account, thought it would be days to fix.  The rep worked diligently with tech support to resolve it.  Would definitely come back to this store.

Hello folks.  Just wanted to talk about my experiences at the Nicholasville Ky store. So happy they put one here. For years every trip there has been a pleasant experience. The people are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and was able to help me fix my tablet. The store was really clean and the gentlemen were very professional. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thank you again for the great customer service!

We were quite happy with our visit. Brian not only was friendly and helpful, but he was able to lower my bill enough that I could upgrade both of our phones. It was a much needed upgrade and lowering of the bill.
