I've been helped by Tatiana on Wednesday and today this week. She is amazing!!!! She really goes out of her way for you and is so sweet. She gives great advice without trying to make you buy something you really don't need! She found out the problem with my phone within the hour- when I've gone to apple twice and they said there was nothing wrong with my phone! Also other staff members are very kind and approachable as well. But I have to say my parents and I adore Tatiana!!

I've been going here for over 2 years and always have a great experience with the staff. They are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I can't say enough good things about them.

Phone broke, so I went to talk to a technician to see if it could be fixed. I had to be at work in 90 minutes, so I figured I had time. When I got there, they took my name and put me into an electronic line for service.

25 minutes later, I asked if there was an update on the line and let them know that I didn't have tons of time. The woman, who I believe was a manager there, seemed annoyed and told me I'd just have to wait. I get it - probably gets asked that all the time. But I'm not just going to sit around all day...

10 minutes after that, an employee gets freed up and goes to help a gentleman who had come in recently. No one took this man's name so he wasn't in line (I was paying attention - what else am I going to do for an hour with no working phone?). So I went and asked about it, they realized they made a mistake, and told the man he had to wait while they served #1 in line (I was #2). I felt bad for making the man wait but there's a line for a reason...

15 minutes after that, I got to speak to a rep. She told me that I could drop the phone off with the technicians overnight, and I wouldn't know what the charge would be until I picked up the phone.... And that the charge could be up to $350..... And that I couldn't just go speak to a technician. My issue was a common one - all I wanted to find out was a ballpark figure on repairs, and if my data was recoverable. Couldn't even do that.

So I spent 50 minutes sitting around, only to learn that I wouldn't even get to speak to someone who knows what they're talking about. I didn't leave my phone with them. Instead I left, barely got to work on time, and wasted nearly an hour for nothing. Cool.
