Sales   girl   gave   me  products  when  I    paid  my  bill    said   it   was  free  .I   am   getting   billed   for  what  she  gave   me.   In   my    book  it  made  her   look   good   in   sale's   and   rib  me  off

I had to get an account changed from one person's name to my own. The original account holder had already listed me as having access and authorizing me to make that change. Was told all i had to do was go to a local tmobile location and they can help me upgrade my phone and complete the transfer. I went into the location at lincolnwood mall, and the gentleman there was VERY rude to me. He wouldn't even attempt to help me or give me any information as far and why he can't assist me or what steps i need to do. absolutely NO HELP!!! What did I end up doing?! I ended up calling Tmobile from my cell phone and they were able to take care of everything over the phone. They apologized to me over the phone and couldn't even tell me why the reason the rep at the location I was at wouldn't help me. Even when I had Tmoblie rep on the phone with me verifying the number was already authorized to get switched, the rep still had a bad attitude. In the end I was helped and rep on phone spoke to location employee was able to finish my transaction. I am still regretting staying with tmobile, but luckily I am not in contract and can leave at anytime...so I would train your employees to have better customer service.

It's not often that we experience customer service in which the salesperson genuinely cares about us, but this was one of those experience. I bought my first smart phone here a week ago. The sales representative, Vera, was extremely helpful and introduced me to the best models that they carry. I didn't know a thing about smart phones and was a bit intimidated by the selection, but she made the transition go smoothly. She even went out of her way to find out if my military discount is greater than the student discount (which it is). She even tried to transfer all of my old contacts and text messages to my new HTC One (but couldn't because my old cell phone is damaged). The transaction was far better than anything I've ever experienced with Verizon.
