amazing customer service, I came In frustrationed but I was surprised I didn’t get the usual fake sales person, trying to sell me things I don’t need. I got help!!!!!!! Ok I got a real person Michael and josh, were personalble, knowledgeable, easy going and solved my issues with my phone. Glad I made the switch!!

Bunch of incompetent crooks. They do not do their job and then bill you for their incompetence. It has been over a year, over 15 phone calls, over 20 hours on hold to be assured every time that the problem has been fixed. Every month we get a new bill and go through the same thing again. And Again. And Again. The store employees are of no help. The customer service people will transfer you in circles all claiming some other department needs to take care of it. Went back to the store. They told me, " I could sit there all day and they would not help me". They refused to give manager or gm contact info. So hopefully those people read this here Do not do business here.

Employees have bad attitudes and don't seem to have much knowledge of the company. Not a good experince.

the service and staff here are awful. i honestly hope the store burns to the ground. I simply can't stand how horrible the staff is at assisting their customers. they all need to be fired and replaced.

Knowledge and friendly. Give useful recommendations. Even when busy they keep everyone happy.
