Came in with a question about fixing a squeaky fender on my cruiser and Shimano helped me out fantastically.  He told me a few options of what I need to do, since I only brought in the actual fender and he even tightened the screws on the parts available. I was more than pleased today and when I decide to upgrade my bike I definitely know where I’ll come.

My bike chain and several other parts became extremely rusted from leaving it out after I deformed my wheel from mountain trail. So I finally decided to put into a shop and took it to Sprocket. The service was amazing. The staffs were very knowledgeable and they inspected my bike thoroughly. They explained to me what the problems were and what needed to be done. They never tried to push me with the unnecessary expensive products, instead, if there is, they tried to look for a cheaper alternative that works with my budget. When I got my bike back it looked and worked like a brand new bike! I would definitely bring back my bike for service here in the future! 

However, if you're just shopping for some bike parts I wouldn't look for it here. In my opinion there wasn't that many selection, but if you're looking for some bikes they have some good choices here 👍

Love this place the dude even bumped my repair time 3 days down and would definitely recommend this place for good service

Best bike shop in town. They take the time to figure out who you are and what would work best for you. They don't just try to push expensive products.
