Love Sprouts and generally customer experience is great in certain areas of the country. But it varies within the River Road Tucson Sprouts. Depends on the employees and supervisors within the store. Culturally it appears that at River Road, if you ask for any kind of service employees are not very interested in providing it. It so happened that I went in yesterday, Friday afternoon to purchase organic fruits, veggies, honey, and peripheral items such as bulk organic rolled oats, which I almost forgot to buy on my way out. I was glad to catch the bulk specialist on duty who pointed me in the general direction of the item, but since we're to the side of many rows his pointing to the one row was not exact. When I looked at him confused and asked him verbally again for further help saying "which row"? He obliged begrudgingly showing me physically by going there and opening the small bin, as if I was mentally challenged. As I looked inside not more than half a pound was in the bin of the $1.29 a lb of organic rolled oats. I asked if he had more and he stated "there's some in the back", "but, there's some over there". He pointed to some prepackaged bulk organic rolled oats priced at $2.49 a lb. This Sprouts needs further vetting and training of its employees. Hit or miss with the employees seems to be the ongoing experience here.

I enjoy coming to this location. The staff are always helpful and professional. The shelves are always well stocked, and it doesn’t get anywhere as busy as the 1st Avenue location. Great prices on fruits and vegetables, and better prices on most things you would find at Whole Foods. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. There’s plenty of parking

Well kept location, but the employees for the most part have a huge attitude problem. So much as I relocated my normal sprouts to the central location. If your not interested in being treated valued this is your place.

Great place to buy fruits & vegetables. Great selection, fresh and relatively good prices. Quick checkout. Wide variety of organics and variety of fruits and bulk nuts, coffee. I shop here weekly for fresh fruits & vegetables.

I bought a 9 pound rib roast beef for Christmas, it was the WORST roast I've ever had! Between the bones and the fat there was approximately 2 lbs. of meat. In the middle of the roast was about a 2" round fat log almost all the way through it. I will NEVER NEVER shop at that store again.
