The night manager that works the evening older guy with the greying hair was rude and inconsiderate. Didn't get the name but I know the younger fellow and the red head managers are decent fellows. I came in a few nights before Xmas after work from a taking a shower and picked up two 32 oz cans of beer. Someone I know was working in register 2 and the line was long and another line opened up. The lady at the other register said she was open and I told her I was fine. I stayed in the longer line to say hi to the worker Melissa. Next thing I knew it I was swarmed by the on duty manager and some female associate talking to me about how I'm too intoxicated to buy beer. I was refused service without the manager asking me why I didn't go in the other line all going by the presumption that the other lady made that I was too drunk to go to her line when I was sober and wanting to say hi to someone. I was defamed in front of other customers in line and embarrassed as well as made to look like a fool and an alcoholic. It was very unprofessional and inconsiderate how I was approached and how this assumption made about me all because some clerk asked me one simple question and got a quick answer from me when she was more than 10 feet away from me behind the wall of her register. There will be a complaint filed with coorporate as well as a report for possible discrimination, profiling as well as the defamation and embarrassment from the manager and clerk.

Malinda and other true honest friendly and giving folks work at this particular store. You actually start a friendship with these lovely folks that work hard 24x7 at this location. When a store runs well, its good management always, but its made possible by really good people delivering the high level of satisfaction by going above and beyond their assigned job descriptions. Thank you from our family, to each employee, at this Neighborhood Market, that makes it a joy to keep returning customers happy each and every time.
