Rented out the whole complex for 4th of July weekend. It was nice and quite for a family of 25+ to hangout for the weekend. We had a little gated community all to ourselves. The place is pretty old with no A/C so it depends on when you rent it out. Our first night was June 30 and it was hot, other 2 nights we kept windows open and it was perfect.  Would definitely recommend to a family that has more than 25 guests!

Loved the hot tub! Bedroom got a little cold at night but everything else was great: decorations, kitchen, cookware

It was very quaint and cute. Just what I was looking for. Our cabin did get a bit hot in the day and there is no ac system but when we woke up the heater 2as very nice because it was about 45 outside. There is definitely some things that could be improved but the price was nice! Overall I was happy

Several stuffs are broken: window frame, bed frame, shower door, light bulb.
