I recently had the pleasure of visiting Spruzzo, a rooftop bar at the Ben Hotel with stunning views of the water. There is also a great infinity pool to relax in. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, with cozy seating and a laid-back vibe. The drinks were delicious and well-crafted, and the appetizers were the perfect accompaniment. The servers were attentive and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the evening. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Spruzzo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic rooftop bar with great drinks and appetizers.
Nice rooftop bar and restaurant with an adjacent pool and views of Palm Beach. Food was pretty good, lamb cooked a bit well but tasty, salad was fresh. Very lively scene on the weekends night and day. DJ was pretty good too. Our server Harrison was great.
With high end places you’re always wondering if the price is just high because of the place, and while I do think the price is still a bit high, I liked a majority of what I tasted and I feel they understand food. Would come back and loved the taste of the food. Not to mention the nice views
Enjoyed Spruzzo appetizers and drinks during the day at the pool cabana and at night. Marshall day and Corey night were great; attentive, helpful and friendly to our group. Breathtaking view from the pool. My only complaint, I didn't like drinking my wine from a plastic cup. I know we were near the pool, but we were enjoying a few drinks there at night after dinner, no one in our group was in the pool.
This place is a bit pricey but not over the top at all !! The food is AMAZING!! But the customer service is even BETTER!! Everyone from the time I came in was so nice , so amazing , and so attentive ! I had two servers by the name of Hailey and Andre was literally ICONIC!! The view is sensational and just breath taking !! If you want to do something romantic or just fun with your girls this is an amazing place !! The drinks are freaking amazing as well !
Really cool atmosphere with a nice rooftop view!!! The food was delicious!! The only issue is the music was so loud, you couldn't hear the people sitting at the same table with you, definitely not for more intimate gatherings, but a very cool place to visit!
Bar/Scene: Perhaps the best views of WPB and the island - located at the roof top of the Ben Hotel. Miami vibes at night time. Food: oysters were small, and the lamb burger hit the spot. The grilled calamari was delicious.
The scenery was really good and the music although wasn’t popular music, it created a good vibe - now the food the Lolipop Lamb chops are too die for OMG they were so amazing - I have the chicken milense and my date had the salmon - both dishes were good but not great. We had the carrot cake ice cream sandwiches they were really good and the blueberry lemon doughnut thingy OMG AMAZING. All in all this place was great the service was excellent and we had a great time. Definitely worth checking out!
We came specifically to order the Benjamin! I didn't realize that Spruzzo's version is seafood and Proper Grit's is the meat version. This was so much fun to eat and drink. Looking forward to coming back and trying the one downstairs at Proper Grit! Service was wonderful and Executive Chef Marc Rosen came out to see how we were enjoying his creations -- it was really nice of him to do that!
3 stars goes *strictly* to the food, nothing else. Estimated wait was an hour for seating which was fine. Hostess took our name and number, said she’d call when table was ready ~7:45pm. An hour goes by, nothing. We decide to make our way up to see what our place is in line and our name simply doesn’t exist anymore. Thankfully we’re able to get sat at that time anyways, but it was super evident that they’d forgotten about us. Our server was good at first, but once we got our drinks it was all downhill from there. Our appetizer took 30 minutes and it was another 55 minute wait for our food. The server never once checked on us for refills, more drinks, or to see how everything was or clear plates. In fact, he checked every single table around us but avoided us like the plague. Nothing about the 3 of us was different than anyone else there but we were sure treated like it. We made our concerns aware to the manager who basically said “I’m not making excuses but we are short staffed and I’m sorry.” Then as I look up, the manager is talking to the server and blatantly pointing directly at our table! Way to make us feel even more uncomfortable than we already were. Short of staff is one thing. A blatant lack of attention to a table, not checking on them ONCE when we are immediately next to other tables, is another thing. Thankfully the food was really good but not good enough to go back simply because of the lack of service. Our simple dinner trip turned into a 3 hour event, mostly full of waiting around and trying to not move through our drinks because we knew he’d never be around to get us another.
