Nice friendly employees. 
The only problem is that the kiosks outside never seem to work for my card and it keeps rejecting both my debit and credit card forcing me to go in and stand in line each time I need to refill my presto card.
Also, I wish they had a water refill station here.

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. VISITED THIS LOCATION AT 2:30 PM ON SEPTEMBER 2ND 2017. THE TWO BLONDE GIRLS HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE BEING EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THESE GIRLS WERE THE ABSOLUTE WORST..... I KID YOU NOT. I WAS SOOO DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR BEHAVIOUR.

The new terminal is much better and staff are friendly. Presto charging kiosks are available outside the terminal as well.
