Staff is extremely rude. Instead of being polite and using decent customer service skills, I was called a liar and treated very inappropriately. Will never go back to that Walgreens.

So upset and disappointed. Don't try to go to this "clinic" if you have low income or don't have insurance. I made an appointment. Drove 15 minutes there. When she tells me (As I'm sitting there wheezing and coughing) That I had to have $120 up front to pay the nurse practitioner and be seen. Since SSM took over, They do not bill you if you don't have insurance. What a big freaking joke.

I had a good experience at this clinic. My doctor wasn't able to get me in and they suggested going to Walgreens. The wait was a little long (30-40 minutes with two people in front of me) but I think it's because the majority of the patients are probably new patients and they have to put you in the system as a new patient and whatnot. That took up the majority of the appointment, but they were there when I couldn't get to my doctor. The physician was great.

Horrible experience!  After waiting all day to get seen, I got the last appt. of the day, I finally got prescribed antibiotics and then when I went to pick them up the Walgreens she sent them to said they never got it.  Now of course this is no ones problem but mine.  Every number I called said sorry but your screwed, you'll have to wait til they're open again.  Never again!  Should have went to Urgent Care.  I could have been on my way to recovery by now but guess I'll have to miss more work due to their lack of communication.  Please do not go to these people.

Worse experience. Incrediblely slow and after waiting an hour and a half someone finally came to say the wait would be an extra 40-60 minutes. It would of been nice to know this in advance. Next to no apology. Attitude was awful. Bed side manor need improvement. I have been here before without this hassle.
