Wow this place has completely changed for the better. I had an absolutely terrible experience here several years ago ( you wouldn't believe the cruel behavior of the nurse that treated me) after that experience I sought out a private gynecologist  hoping for a better experience. The end result was me choosing a doctor who just wanted to nickel and dime me as many times as she could, refusing to give me standard care in the same visit, for example a culture for STI or infection the same time as a pap, then a separate visit for birth control, for testing, then another visit to talk about negative and healthy results, it was absurd... So I came back to planned parenthood purely for efficiency and I'm so glad I did. Pleasantly surprised by how kind and caring the staff has become. The nurse practioner on staff is so kind and informative. I highly reccomend using this facility for your feminine care. Also I noticed some people complaining about the wait but in my experience it's probably been the shortest wait out of any doctors office I've ever been to ( 5-15 minutes) Hope this helps!

I have a birth control pill subscription through here and I need it renewed. I have been call for more then an hour now and the phones are not working. I reached out to the chat now option on the website and a guy named Bronson told me to keep trying to call them or to stop by. I live an hour away, so I'm obviously not wasting a trip and I'm ALREADY FRUSTRATED. Can't he just contact them and tell my clinic the phones aren't working??? After I told him that I could not go into the clinic he did not message me back AT ALL. LIKE THANKS FOR THE HELP. Beyond disappointed in this clinic. Would recommend others to just drive to STL for there needs.

The ladies are super friendly and understanding! No judgement by any means! They help funding your needs and wants! Love this place
