Today I had an emergency with severe vomiting and pain in stomach. I had a fever so I was freezing in there. My nurse told me to undress in the wheelcar and I told her I couldn’t because I was in so much pain and couldn’t move. She told me, verbatim, that they will not offer any services to those who don’t put the gown on and they she left the room. My husband had to take me in a weekchair with no assistance from anyone. When we deduced to leave, a nurse ran out and wanted me to sign a document that I was refusing service. That was not the case at all!!—THEY were refusing service to ME! I refused to sign and we packed up at went to mercy ER with no problems. The is the second time I’ve had this experience at st Anthony’s with the same nurse and I would never recommend people go there, ever. There’s no compassion but more of “I’m better than you” attitude, which is not appropriate in a hospital, especially Er. There’s a reason why that Er is empty compared to other great edmond and okc hospitals in the area. Please train your nurses better!

Today I had a visit in the physicians building. It was easy to find where I was needing to go
It also was easy to find close parking. The inside has a comfortable atmosphere and is clean. The artwork on the walls are fabulous and the staff in suit 407 very friendly and helpful thanks for making my visit one where I felt good when I left. Thank you.

My son was dropped as a patient because I disagreed with staff regarding prescription refills.  I respectfully disagreed without acting irrational.  Dr. Goranson knew the struggles we had with a previous physician, looked my son in the eye and promised him she would be invested in his care.  I got a letter he was being released from care because of my inappropriate behavior.  Apparently you cannot disagree with anyone at this place, or else you get canned.  Since when can doctors just lie to get out of their responsibilities to the patient?

Messed up my ribs pretty bad and rushed to this hospital. I waited in the lobby for 45 mins and then the actual room for 2 hours before the dr showed up When they asked where i would rate my pain i told them between 8 and 10 through tear filled eyes. After that i waited another hour to get an xray then an hour for results. They gave me one percocet and said they have no idea how long it will take to heal (the said i sprained the cartilage in my ribcage) an finally sent me home at 2 a.m. with muscle relaxers. They dont care if u are truly in pain or not they will send you home with absolutely no help and slap u with a fat bill. Im writing this from my regular doctor and we just did more xrays hes thinking i may have actually tore the cartilage. Waiting on results now. Moral of the story worst er ever
