Allegiant is an ok airline for the price, I really have no complaints with them. With that said, the TSA employees lacked any sense of urgency. I waited about 45 minutes behind about 15 passengers to go through security. It honestly appeared as if it were their first day. I finally boarded about 10 minutes to push and there were still about 20 people behind me (I doubt they all were able to board before the  plane left). As someone who flies out of MSP frequently, one appeal of flying out of STC was quick passage through the airport...as well as the free parking (which was great!). I hope that whoever controls the TSA in STC reads this and addresses the issue before Allegiant Airlines pulls out of STC due to a lack of travellers interested in flying out of this airport. It really was too bad, it could have been a great experience otherwise. My flight out was JAN 06th 2018 1050am to Punta Gorda FL

I have used this airline before sending my older son on his own, other family members have all used this airline with great success.  I’m writing today to let you know my experience was unacceptable!  I was flying home from Arizona flt #108 , Wed Aug 9th.  My Three-year-old was asleep in my arms when entering the plane, getting to my seat.  You can understand a mother is very happy to have a sleeping child when on a flight! BUT this mother had to use the bathroom ASAP!  I waited for the flight to take off and in the air – I couldn’t wait any longer and laid my 3yr old on the seat – put her seatbelt on and went to the bathroom.  First flight attendant was accommodating and reassured me no problem, the next Flight attendant looked at me then up at the seat belt sign and said, “can you see the seatbelt sign?’ I had to go so bad that I went into the bathroom.  Coming out of the restroom the flight attendants were starting the beverage cart, I said my daughter is in row 16 – could I get to her?  The flight attendant clearly not happy that I used the bathroom told me to sit down and wait!  I said but my daughter!  She said SIT!  Fearing not to make a scene I sat.  Then my 3yr old wakes up screaming “Mommy where are you!!!”  “I’m stuck!” “Mommy I can’t see you!”  the flight attendant DID NOTHING!!  I’m, so upset that I’m crying now!  Yelling to my daughter “Mommy is here!”  The passenger beside me in the backrow was equally appalled!  Finally getting to my daughter after 23 minutes!  I’m still shaken to this day!  

I was planning to use this airline frequently, my mom has currently moved to Arizona and flying out of St Cloud was easy and convenient! IS this how you train flight attendants?  The non-feeling flight attendant was CYNTHIA – clearly no training on family dynamics.  I have been encouraged to share my story to social media – alert innocent passengers before they reserve flight with Allegiant.

terrible service.. has seen to make up its own rules from what every other allegiance service has.. Allegiant is a crappy service all in all
