A great place to go to leave the world behind and to ponder the things of eternity! For those of you who are not members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or just not endowed, there is a visitor's center on the NE corner of the temple grounds. The sister missionaries are really nice and accomodating. The St George Utah Temple is a big temple where you can rent the ceremonial clothing, have a white sealing, and has an endowment session every 40 minutes. The workers there are very nice and extraordinarily helpful. It is important, however, to remember that this is the House of the Lord where important ordinances for exaltation are performed for the dead and the living; respect for this is shown by whispering, leaving smart devices in lockers, and letting the peace of this place flood your entire being.

This is the most beautiful LDS temple I have visited thus far. The exterior is such a brilliant white with beautiful landscaping surrounding the entire building. There's also a visitor's center right next door that gives a little history about the planning, ground breaking, and construction of this historic building. It has an interactive screen that tests your knowledge of geography and other temples around the world. They also have a little theatre where they show a movie, unfortunately I was unable to watch it, however. There are missionaries there if you have any further questions. It was closed when I went but would have loved to have gone inside.

Beautiful building, beautiful grounds. I am a member of this faith so of course I am bias. The visitors center on the grounds welcomes all who come in. Wonderful history there and great interactive displays for all ages.

The Lord's House. The place to recieve the Lord's choicest blessings. I enjoyed the session this morning. I invited all members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to partake of the goodness that happens within the walls of the Lord's Holy House. He lives and you can feel it in the Lord's Holy Temples.

The temple is very white and stands very tall. My parents came down to serve in this Temple for 2 months during the winter. They are from Rigby Idaho and there is probably a lot of snow there now. I am sure they are loving it in St George as well. The temple grounds are always kept very well. It is awesome that so many people volunteer their time to help out
