The staff as a whole was very professional and comforting , but one particular employee by the name of Niqki Lister had the best customer service As well as demeanor, a true Representative of what the st hope foundation is about.

I'm new to the area, and unfortunately have had a lot of experience with needing these kinds of services. By that I mean, let's face it, having to utilize any sort of health program means things aren't exactly going your way. But my experience here was positive and reassuring in the best kind of way. Edilia Zuniga is a case manager there and she is definitely someone you want to help guide you through the beginning process. Immediately I felt comfortable and eased by simply her personality. Combined with her knowledge of the system and process, if you are faced with a circumstance, you want someone like her on your team to help you out. Give this place a look. You won't be disappointed.

Great service Irma and Dr. Patel are great. No waiting and very professional staff. There is another professional there in the dental area who will keep you feeling very happy and she is always upbeat reminds me of my grandmother. All services deserve a 5 star including prescriptions.

I've seen so many psychiatrists through out Houston and Conroe, been to the psych hospital several times. And it seemed like the traumatic bull never ended. The doctor's never listened and didn't care. I was in such a dark place and had lost hope and have been trying to get disability. Dr. Pharies heard my cry and put me on medication that makes me feel like a human being for the first time in my life. I can't thank you enough. I know that there isn't any magic medication that will fix my pain, but I can finally function and I have the motivation and will to pick myself up and get through everything and not give up on the goals I once though I'd never be able to reach. I thank God I found this place. The people here truly do care and the staff are so nice, caring, and treat you with respect. I can't leave
out the social worker that went out of her way to help me with my medication and insurance situation. This place is a blessing. 🖤

Was very helpful. She was very Professional and Polite. She answered all of my questions to the best of her knowledge. It's always nice to get treated well!
