What a disappointment. We went in for an  after- dinner coffee and dessert.  We chose this location because of the fireplace in the dining room. 
First off, there was no hazelnut coffee and the creamer was empty. Most of the empty tables were dirty. We asked an employee to refill the coffee and clean a table. She did both, after we had to get a plain coffee.  Our desserts were dry.  We heated them up with the microwave, but they were so dry,  presumably from sitting out for hours. The coffee bar was a mess and another customer had to ask that the creamer be refilled.  Lousy coffee,  lousy service,  dirty dining room.  A total disappointment. If we'd gotten a warm dessert and a good cup of coffee,  it would've been what I expected of Panera.

I love Panera; however, I will avoid this one.  My order was wrong, I hate going to the counter to get it fixed so I just ate it.  I ordered a Ham and Swiss and got a turkey sandwich.  I also ordered a Caramel Latte and they just left it on the ledge and I had to come looking for it.  I didn't know if this was mine or someone else's, etc.  When I asked an employee they were like "yeah that's yours"....well ok.  The bathroom was dirty.  I had to wipe off our table.  The place wasn't even that busy.

Worst service at any Bread Co. They were understaffed and didn't know how to make a simple latte. While I waited 15 min for my drink, I went to use the bathroom and it was filthy! Never going there again.

It's Bread, Co.  It's good.  However, it ticks me off that there is a tip jar and when I swipe my credit card it asks if I want to leave a tip.  I have to get my food and drink and bring it to the table.   Sometimes I have to clean the table.  Then I have to bus my table when done and separate bowls, plates, and silverware.  I just think it takes major balls to ask for a tip.  Maybe Bread Co should tip me?

Also known as Panera elsewhere. Come here for healthy and trendy food.  The bakery has a large selection of treats thay are always baked to perfection.  Many people set up shop for meetings with easy access to wifi and refillable drinks. I recommend the soup in a bread bowl.
