Typical and predictable, but that's not bad. Hey, this is a franchise, people. They thrive on doing everything the same way. If you like the menu (I do) this is like every other Panera (St. Louis Bread Co.) that I've ever been to. This Panera is on the edge of Plaza "Front and Back" (as my wife and I call it) and is a stand-alone building on the edge of the Plaza's footprint. You can easily get to it off of Clayton Road or Lindbergh. It can be pretty busy at peak times, and parking can be an issue. I've never failed to find a spot, but you will be wrestling with customers from the nearby Brick Top's Restaurant and BRIO Tuscan Grille. 4 out of 5 stars knocking one off for the parking which isn't horrible, but if you've got a choice and are in a hurry at peak times, be warned! Nice people, good food, Panera.

Service friendly, was able to receive quality customer service. Food was excellent.

We stayed at the Hilton across the street and walked to St. Louis bread company for breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning. The staff was not very friendly or enthusiastic to be at work, the service was slow, and we never received one of our three coffee drinks. We'd waited for too long and didn't have time to stay another 15 minutes to wait. We then visited Sunday morning because we do love Panera and all of their food but our experience was similar. Not friendly, slow, and when we asked about our missing drink Yesterday we didn't have our receipt and weren't offered any compensation. We love Panera and the food was delicious but we were not happy with our experience. I think this location is in a good spot and stays busy but I heard several unhappy customers who complained about the slow service.

Convenient busy location. I always order from the kiosk just inside the front door to avoid the line. Great iced tea, salads and soups. Hard to find a seat. Nice patio.
