Upon trying to leave this garage, we were instructed by our roommates at our hotel room to just show the parking attendants our tickets and that the card on file would get charged. However, as we were trying to leave, complications arose out of our control and as we were trying to get the necessary information cleared up and for them, not one, but two of those parking attendants decided to be unprovokingly rude to us, calling us ignorant, that we were holding up the line, and that we were trying to just get out of the ticket, which was not the case at all. We will NOT be back if we are going to be treated as such.

I was in disbelief when I left my class and approached my car. I was so shocked to see a big wooden sign on my car that informed me that I was in the wrong spot. You know one of those street signs that you see at the entrance to an event. I didn't have an issue with the warning but the employee that violated my property needs to dealt with. If that sign would have fell it could have broke out my back window. Disgusted.

I've parked here on multiple occasions for conferences since 2003.  They do not advertise or inform you but it is CASH ONLY upon leaving. They do not accept credit cards, ridiculous for business travelers.

When you park at this garage you are given a green ticket by a machine that prints the date and time you arrive, and if you don't have that ticket you are charged 16$. I had lost my ticket and had to pay the fee, however within 1 minute of leaving I found it and tried to reach the parking garage so I could get a refund but they REFUSED my refund because I didn't have proof of what time I left. NO MATTER WHEN YOU LEAVE THAT GARAGE YOU HAVE TO HAVE A GREEN TICKET OR YOU PAY A FEE - The manager said that I could have gone back and printed a ticket - but why would I do that if no matter what when you leave you have to show them that green ticket without having a fee??! Debbie is the manager and she was NOT helpful at all. I got screwed over! Fortunately it wasn't that much money, but it's more than my hourly wage. I should have gotten a refund.
