Ok, do not park here on the weekends. We pulled in, got our ticket, then walked out of the pedestrian exit to go see the Blues Museum. When we came back, 2 hours or so later, we tried to get back in via the pedestrian entrance. However, the ticket scanner didn’t work. There wasn’t anyone in the booth, so we had to call the corporate office. Corporate office had no idea how to let us back in the parking deck. Finally, we had to follow a car into the parking deck through the main entrance. We then had no trouble leaving the parking deck. The rates weren’t bad, but do not risk getting caught in the parking deck if the ticket scanner doesn’t work.
