I have a complaint. I have my son buried less then 9 months at St. Mary's cemetery. I know the rules of the cemetery but in the last 9months I have had a counselor quit and never turn in my sons gravemark paperwork therefor he went months without one. the 8 weeks after getting the gravemark the gravemark got vandalized and after phone calls of complaints I finally got the cemetery to help me with my problems.  My son died 8 months ago at 9'days old. He is a baby. I don't think the company understands how important it is to a lot of us to find closure and comfort in our losses and therefore we like to decorate the graves. All my sons stuff like a little car is always placed on the gravestone and never on grass so it's not on the way of the workers cutting the grass. I think better polices should be established in the near by future. For example the cemetery should post signs saying when the after holiday cleanups will
Be, they done this twice and everyone was happy. This year easter they didn't even do it.Or post dates of when grass cutting will be, according to the polices it states that cemetery's post dates but yet when I call they tell

It cleaner then what the cemetery does in order for the cemetery not to bother his grave. I only place one car and solar light on his grave but yet they toss out the things, in 5 months they have never done this plus they don't do every grave they just pick and choose whose grave to throw stuff out from. I have had nothing but bad experiences here and it's upsetting I had higher standards for St. Mary's. I run a big company and have many employees I manage so i know when company's need more improvement helpful advice is always should be welcome. All I ask is maybe just post the sign of the dates of clean ups and holiday clean ups like they did for Christmas.
That way not so many angry parents get hurt when we come back
To empty graves. They are all babies, like how can we not leave our innocents a simple toy the size of earser? We should be able to

Sy Marys Cemetery Staff are very kind professional and work well with people although i find their items  Alot higher in price and not as niec looking. I still give them 5 stars because they did handle our situation. Professionally. And. We. Are greatful for that

Great Old Cemetery, mausoleum is aways clean and staffed. Never had a bad experience with anyone being disrespectful.
