The staff at St. Matthews Community Pharmacy(EVERYONE) is very customer service driven in so many ways: they answer telephone calls and voicemail messages quickly; they are responsive to subtle as well as big medication changes by delivering medications within a few hours; their record keeping is detailed so that whoever answers the telephone can immediately ask and answer questions to solve the patient's immediate concerns;  all staff are extremely patient and courteous.  St. Matthews Community Pharmacy provides medication dispensers with timers so that patients take medications when they need to do so which eliminates their responsibility for managing their medications.  This is a huge relief for elderly patients who are not able to independently manage their own medications.  St. Matthews Community Pharmacy's services has enabled our family to keep our Mother at home rather than have her stay in a facility.  I would recommend their services to any family who is assisting or taking care of an elderly family member.
