Was having trouble with my payment with my debit card. Payment was pending for over a week. Went to the office downtown to find out the problem. After several phone calls to the bank and the water department, I was sent to the controllers office. I encountered a woman named Charlotte! Finally I have a confirmation number and the payment went through. Thank you Charlotte for digging into and researching the matter. Thank you for your kindness and respect. The whole matter is resolved. Thank you Charlotte!

Over priced.....almost a $100 dollars a month for a water bill with only one person using it? That's highway robbery....and most of the sanitation we pay for doenst even get fully used for waste water purifying since in the past we have just dumped millions of gallons into the bay......unreal.

If they can't take your call, they tell you to call back and hang up. There is no queue for incoming calls.

All I'm trying to do is pay my final bill and close my account. Every time I attempt to pay my bill, it routes me to a customer service agent. Unfortunately, this brilliant utility service will only hire 2 people to cover the phone lines and they are constantly busy. Unlike most normal businesses who offer a callback feature in these modern times we live in, this phone line just says to call back later and hangs up on you. This isn't 1991 anymore guys, get a normal online bill pay feature and a call back option for your phone line! This was my biggest complaint about living in St Pete, as the city grows, the city services don't grow with it to accommodate the expansion.
