The staff at Stadium Bike have been so helpful when it came to either repairing my existing bike or upgrading to a new one. 
I'm a casual rider who puts on maybe 20 miles round trip and the staff explained why the latest technology, fit,  and component group set was better than what was on my old bike and that it would be more feasible to look into something new rather than fixing a 26 year old bike. They were honest and fair discussing what needed to be done to the older bike and we talked about the price of getting me into something new. They listened to my needs of being a mature adult, the type of riding I enjoy, etc and they suggested the Trek Verve 3. The difference was amazing and I totally respect the staff for taking the time to explain to me why it was a great time to up grade. 
I still have an older bike (2008 Giant) that I get serviced but the difference from my 1992 Schwinn and the Verve 3 is amazing. I can't wait to participate in some the casual ride events that Stadium Bike has to offer with my new bike. 
My husband is considering an E-Bike in the future and we will for sure purchase from Stadium Bike and continue to support their local business.

Our family has been doing business with Stadium Bike West for years! We have bought many Trek bikes over the years and we are always  impressed with the selection of bikes and the service of the sales staff. The mechanics have been great as well by being fair and honest. We have tried other shops but nothing compares to the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Stadium Bike.

Recently ordered a new bike from Stadium Bike West.  Bike arrived on schedule and was available for pick up as promised.  Staff reviewed the features of the new bike and did a proper bike fit with me.  The experienced staff is great to work with and they went out of the way to assure my happiness.

After riding a heavy mountain bike for 10 years, I had always wanted to buy a Trek. I went into Stadium Bike West during their Trek Sale in April. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable . I told them what type of biking I wanted to do. 30-40 mile road rides, 3-4 times a week. They steered me into the direction of the TREK FX 3.  Without a doubt the best decision I made.The bike is perfect for my needs. It came with some free accessories as a bonus during the sale. The bike also came with coupons for free derailleur and brake adjustments for 6 months. I had an amazing summer riding my Trek FX 3. Stadium Bike was wonderful to deal with..

My bike had a lot of sentimental value. My dad got it for me to get to my first job out of highschool. He since passed and needless to say my bike was in rough shape before I brought it in. They did a wonderful job at restoring it back to good as new condition replacing all the rusted parts and even installed  new hand brakes and cables. It even rides and shifts better than I remember. Thank you I will definitely be a returning customer!
