Was not impressed with Wheel and Sprocket. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The woman who "helped" us was very negative and didn't seem like she wanted to sell us any bikes. We ended up at Active Bike and Fitness and found the perfect bike for my son. The customer service at Active Bike is second to none. Needless to say we probably won't be back to wheel and sprocket.

Wow... Had a $10 gift card and found it had to be used all at once. Turns out just about anything they had for sale is twice that amount. Very expensive place and looks to be full retail for everything.

Called Wheel & Sprocket, Appleton, to find out how much and how soon they could repair a flat in my rear tire that I did not want to mess with myself. Kyle informed me that thay could usually repair a flat within an hour of bringing it in. When I showed up with my bike, Kyle went to work on it right away, answering my questions and even making a small adjustment where the tire was rubbing. Within minutes I was on my way with a repaired flat and another spare tube for $20. Great customer service from Kyle!

I bought a 2500.00 gift card for a employee .I walked out the door ,got a text 2 min. after I bought it . It was the employees boyfriend. He said she wanted a different bike at a different store.I felt guilty going in to get my money back.So I did and in good faith I bought a 500.00 gift card. I lost it a week later and someone found it.I talked to the owner and got no response.....He said he would call me back and it's been a year.So I would be very cautious about doing business with them. .
