Decent living based on location however the staff that works in the office is very unhelpful. The trash can is very inconvenient and located quarter of a mile away on the other side of the complex. When asked to place another trash can so we can have one on both sides, staff said to drive it over. Why should we have to DRIVE our trash to the dump? Unplanned and unprepared construction. The light switch is located behind the door. Simple things that could've been fixed or avoided are not. They charge an extra $20 per month if you pay with credit card or debit card. Parking is a huge problem. We were promised a building dedicated to the medical students, however they did not deliver their promise and instead placed us in a building full of greek life undergrads who are constantly making noise and make it impossible to study at home. Water pressure and heat is garbage so take a good last shower before moving in here. Pretty dissatisfied with their handling of these issues and their responses and constant excuses.

It is good place to live in it but I really don't like the team who work in it. They are good and some of them like to help you but They often delay what you want for example the parking. I have reserved parking for month. I still don't get my parking. They always say "we are going to help you next week". But all apartments are so good. (( international students will pay for two months (not including the month what will start with it) when they will take key " be careful" they said to me you should pay for two months early but they forced me to pay for next month and what I did pay for two months they will make it until two last months on your lease.)) Also, there was gift card (1000$)when you do lease but I don't have nothing yet. Anyway, it is beautiful place but you have to be careful about everything.

If I could go lower on a star I would. The staff are very unhelpful and require you to mess with noisy neighbors instead of following up like the lease said that it is against the rules to harass and be obnoxious in anyway. It's currently a Monday night and there's a group of drunk college students outside my window. They throw glass bottles and random stuff at our apartment. They won't do anything about it. They're charging an extra $5 a month for a utility charge that was never brought up or in the lease and their statement behind it is "well we told you when you signed up" which never happened. The counter tops have been miscalculated during construction and do not reach fully. They said it would be fixed but hasn't been. Any problem maintenance wise will be fixed approximately a month after you file a complaint. Things that have been promised have not been provided like a trash can unit that they said would be accessible around every unit but I have to put nasty trash in my car and drive it over. My parking spot that I pay for every month is no where close to where I even live and had to wait a month to even get my pass. My roommate never received a refer a friend special gift card that was supposed to be $250 but then they later lied and said it was only $100. I'm about to literally go outside with a bat and handle my problem since they don't want to. Wish me luck. I hate it here and can't wait for August when I can move out and never look back.

Our building didn't seem entirely finished when we moved in: paint was all over the floor, there was gum on the carpet, no tv, a lightbulb was not installed, screws were found literally in every room, and the door handles on two doors came off. We put in work orders four times, but they took weeks to be completed, it was either not fixed or we were blamed for something (I.e. our patio door not opening), and then they were 3/4 times completed when no one was home and they would just LEAVE THE DOOR UNLOCKED. We all have jobs and classes, and would come home late at night to an unlocked apartment. We spoke to management after each time, and they said they would handle it. It didn't stop. I've only had good interactions with two of their office workers, A.J. and Aubree. Everyone else seems nice, but trying to have any one else explain something without giving misinformation was like pulling teeth. There's also a sinkhole that just opened up under the sidewalk in the middle of the development, and it appears that they tried to fill it with cement. Other tenants seem to be a mix of students trying to study and work, and then the people that have been partying most nights, throwing bottles into the parking lot (punctured my boyfriend's tire), and peeing off their balcony. Oh. And one guy had a piano on his patio and would play shoddy music at 1-3AM every other night. We were also only two people in a four bedroom apartment at first; an office worker told me I couldn't switch to a different room because she had just leased the room, but we never received any roommates. She then said it was a mistake, but we'd be informed when someone would be moving in. Then we all of a sudden had someone moving around in our apartment two months later whom we didn't know, that I almost maced. He was our new roommate that was told it wasn't necessary for us to be told someone was joining us. I am Fed up after all of this nonsense, and after paying 500/month, I don't think the "amenities" are worth it. And we still don't have a coffee bar.

Update: The heater stopped working, they found out it was faulty. They fixed it and charged everyone $1.50 of “coservice” fee. The network sometimes cuts off, and very slow during rush hour. The build quality is bad, I’ve moved in for two months and I have suffered broken power outlets, broken heater, broken door knob. The hot water cuts off sometimes. The staff work reluctantly. There’s a crazy pickup truck without muffler and starts at 5:45 on MWF, but the staff just said “Oh since it’s his truck we can’t do nuffin ‘bout it.”
