The management is extremely poor and unprofessional. They are slow at handling maintenance complaints (when they do, the problem may not even be solved... I had the same leak in my roof five different times) as well as other problems and are incredibly rude. This was not a one time experience. There are more affordable or equally affordable apartments in Jonesboro (I've lived in many different apartments, most better than Stadium Place). So, my suggestion is to look elsewhere. I've even lived in their sister property, Williamsburg Apartments. The management is wonderful and extremely nice. Those apartments also have a cheaper monthly rate.

Management is unprofessional, very rude, and assumes you to be at fault for everything.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Landlords alway finding something to say and I truly believe one do not like "black" people. Maybe both.

Craighill townhomes 2012 ($595.00) - 2014 ($625.00). Pros: The on-site police officer was personable, kind and accommodating. The location was tranquil, surrounded by trees but open enough to enjoy the sun as well. Cons: Rent raised too often for the duration with little maintenance or remodeling. Before the lady Savannah left, things were professional and communication was rock-solid. The successors that took over showed apathy towards their work, ignored my calls - I even had to call from my Phoenix phone number just so they would answer. My lease was cut-short due to a out-of-state transfer of my job but they made things excessively difficult to leave (lack of willingness to communicate). It's been a year since I've lived there, hopefully things have changed.
