ABSOLUTELY THE WORST - Avoid them at all costs. They are not able to repair lawnmowers and blowers. They tried to up sell me. I just took my items back and let them keep the $130. Please do not use this place. I ended up doing the repairers myself for $12 in parts. I only used them because I was busy. NEVER AGAIN!

PLEASE BE AWARE: I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My dog chewed the pull string so I took my brand new mower there to fix the pull string and my lawnmower would not crank when I got it back! THEY TAKE PARTS AND KEEP THEM AND PUT BAD PARTS ON SO YOU CAN KEEP BRINGING IT BACK!! The lady at the desk would not let me speak with the repair guy and said the carburetor needed to be replaced. I wonder how she came up with that 5 second diagnostic in the parking lot?

I really don't give them even one star but that's the only way I could even begin. First of all, I had a warranty from Walmart. They referred me to the manufacturer which was Muddy. MTD I believe. Anyway the lady at MTD sent me there to get my WeedEater fixed. The two woman and I use that term loosely. Had there mind made up before I walked in the door. It was getting harder and harder to start. The shaft where it has the screw down just before you come to the trimmer head. It keep the shaft from spinning around. The housing the screw screws into was broken out so the screw was not holding it in place. I told them everything that needed fixing and so they wanted $27.00 before they would take it in. Before I left they had said it probably would not be covered under warranty. (4) Weeks later I still haven't heard a word so I went down there and they said there mechanic which is also there Son and Grandson of the two woman behind the counter. Said he took the spark plug out and the piston was scratched up from not having an air filter that I took out before I left it there. So I knew that was a lie so I asked about the shaft problem and they told me they could not check that because he couldn't get it started. How would he check the shaft while it's turning 10,000 rpm. That was the most stupid comment they could have came up with. They scammed me for the $27.00 and held my equipment for (4) Four weeks for nothing. I took it out in the parking lot and cranked it on the 6th pull but there mechanic could not get it to start at all. I would not let even one of those worthless people watch me use my equipment much less touch it again. Worse scammers in the business. Never, Never, Never go there for anything at all. You'll wish you had of took it to Micky D's t hey probably would know more and fix it better.
