Very unfair housing. They pick and choose unfairly to tenants who actually need housing. They deny people that have no reason to be denied (many friends have dealt with this as well as myself) but they let other tenants in that have bad renting history (also friends) and other things that would normally lead to denial. The only decent thing noticed about these places is they are usually decently fixed up and clean. It depends on which housing unit you rent from. I still wouldn't recommend this management unless you had no choice...If they even give you a chance! I had lived with a tenant (legally) and their management is very rude and as I said before very unfair to what is supposed to be an equal opportunity. If they like you, you might get in!
