I had a Bank of America form needed Notary. Rosa S. was the only person who could provide the notary service in this branch. A clerk told me to wait 30 min to 1 hour for Rosa to finish talking with the current clients. It was my turn after about one hour. Rosa took my driver's license and the BofA form, and left her desk. (Why?) 15 minutes later, she came back and told me that she could not do it for me. She said my mom has to come with me to give her the permission. I said "if she is here, we would not need notary." She then said she needed a legal document from my mom to give her the permission. Was she unprofessional? or trying to lie to me? If she did not want to provide the service, the clerk could simply told me that they did not have notary service, so I would not have wasted one and a half hours there. I then left for Citibank, and got the BofA form notarized in 15 minutes.
